True North Restoration of Denver is always looking for restoration technicians. You will respond to water, fire and mold losses, set and monitor drying equipment, document the job on our mobile app, and treat every homeowner the way you would want your own family treated on their worst day.
What you bring: a clean driving record, the ability to lift 50 lb and work in crawlspaces and attics, a phone you are comfortable using for documentation, and the willingness to take a rotating on-call shift. IICRC certification is a plus; we train and certify the right people.

Run the crew on site. IICRC WRT required; ASD/AMRT preferred.
The Lead Technician at True North Restoration of Denver owns the job site: scope with the Project Manager, direct the crew, keep the moisture map and daily logs current, and be the face of True North for the homeowner and the adjuster.
What you bring: two or more years in mitigation, IICRC WRT (ASD and AMRT preferred), a clean driving record, and the judgment to make the call when the plan meets the house.

The Project Manager at True North Restoration of Denver runs jobs end to end: inspection and scope, Xactimate estimate, crew scheduling, adjuster and homeowner communication, and closing the file. You will manage several active jobs at once inside Compass, our operating system.
What you bring: restoration or construction project management experience, Xactimate fluency, and the organization to keep a dozen homeowners informed at once.

Xactimate estimates for mitigation and rebuild.
The Estimator at True North Restoration of Denver turns inspections into accurate, defensible Xactimate estimates for mitigation and rebuild work, and works with adjusters to get them approved.
What you bring: Xactimate Level 2 or better, an understanding of the IICRC S500/S520 standards, and the patience to document every line item.
