About the role
As Recruiting & HR Coordinator, you help our locations find and keep great people. You support hiring, onboarding, and HR processes so teams across the network are staffed and supported.
What you will do
- Support recruiting and hiring across the network
- Coordinate job postings, screening, and interviews
- Help with onboarding and HR documentation
- Answer HR questions from locations
- Keep HR processes consistent and compliant
- Support a positive, people-first culture
What you need
- Recruiting or HR coordination experience
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Discretion with confidential information
- Comfort with HR and applicant tracking tools
Nice to have
- Multi-location or franchise HR experience
- Knowledge of employment basics across states
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
