About the role
As an Operations Support Specialist, you are the network’s go-to for getting things done. You support locations with processes, tools, and best practices so every team operates at a high standard.
What you will do
- Support locations with operational processes and best practices
- Help roll out tools, systems, and standards
- Answer location questions and troubleshoot issues
- Build documentation and training resources
- Track operational metrics across the network
- Partner with corporate teams on improvements
What you need
- Operations, support, or restoration / field experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfort with software and systems
- Organized and proactive
Nice to have
- Multi-location or franchise experience
- Restoration industry background
- Process improvement experience
