About the role
As Finance & Accounting Manager, you own the corporate books and help leadership make smart decisions. You manage accounting, reporting, and budgeting, and you give the network a clear financial picture.
What you will do
- Manage corporate accounting, close, and reporting
- Build budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Support royalty and franchise financial processes
- Partner with leadership on financial decisions
- Keep controls and compliance strong
What you need
- Accounting or finance experience, including management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and trustworthy
Nice to have
- Franchise or multi-location finance experience
- CPA or relevant certification
- QuickBooks and reporting tools fluency
